IDEAL SETTING FOR NEET PREPARATION
Stephen Covey in his book ” 7 habits of highly effective people ” emphasizes the importance of staying fit to make significant achievements. Following factors are vital to stay fit and focused during your preparation.
1) Moderate physical activity.
Moderate physical activity in the morning will boost up your metabolism and keep you active throughout the day.
2) Balanced diet.
Diet should be of moderate quantity and should have a judicious mix of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and dietary fibre in right propotions.
Say an emphatic ‘No’ to sugary food, carbonated drinks, oily stuff and stress induced over eating.
3) Adequate sleep.
Give adequate rest to the brain. (minimum 7 hours sleep). It doesn’t really matter, whether you are a night bird or an early morning bird.
4) Environment at home.
This includes a peaceful atmosphere at home, free of distractions and noise; a convenient study room with basic amenities like adequate lighting and ventilation, book shelves
and files to arrange the notes and guides, a stable internet connection and a printer.
5) Mentoring.
Teaching and mentoring are like chalk and cheese. A teacher teaches you the entire syllabus of NEET. A mentor, in addition to teaching, will serve as a constant support, guide
and inspiration to you. He will stand by you during your tough times in this grueling preparation and will lend a helping hand to rectify your weaknesses and propel you forward
to achieve this daunting task.
# All factors mentioned above sets in a perfect setting for your NEET preparation
# Having said all this, the trump card in this game, is the burning desire to succeed (FIRE WITHIN). Those who do smart work plus hard work following the mentor’s guidance will
invariably get the blessings from GOD to perform to perfection with super confidence.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL ASPIRANTS.
